May is National Beef Month
Share
May isn’t just another month on the calendar. Around here, it means one thing.
National Beef Month.
It’s a chance to stop and recognize the people behind it all. The ranchers up before daylight. The families raising cattle through heat, storms, and everything Florida throws at them. The folks who make sure there’s beef on your table at the end of the day.
And it’s also a reminder of why it matters.
Beef isn’t just food. It’s hard work. It’s tradition. It’s the backbone of rural communities. It’s a product of care, time, and doing things the right way, even when it’s not the easy way.
At Cattlemen’s, we see it every week. Cattle coming through the ring that represent months and years of work. Buyers competing, making sure ranchers get paid what their cattle are worth. That’s the free market doing its job, and it’s something we’re proud to be a part of.
So this month, we’re keeping it simple.
Fire up the grill.
Order the steak.
Fill your freezer.
And most importantly, don’t keep it to yourself.
We want to see what beef looks like at your place.
